How do I register for the Secure Member Portal? 
To Setup your portal account, you will need your date of birth and your member ID number (found on your Magnolia Health member ID card). For more information, please click Magnolia’s Member Portal Login. If you need further assistance with portal registration, please contact member services at 1-866-912-6285.

How do I update my password?

Use the Magnolia Health web portal to update your password.

A strong password must:

•   Have a minimum of 12 characters

•   One uppercase letter

•   One lowercase letter

•   One number

•   One special character (Example: &, $, !, *)

How do I request a new physical Magnolia Health ID Card by mail?

You can request a new physical ID Card in the app by clicking the Menu icon in the ID Card module on the Home page. An action menu will appear, providing access to share your ID Card or request one by mail. Select “Request ID Card By Mail” and follow the in-app instructions.

I need to Update My Last Name, Phone Number, or Address. Where can I submit these changes? 
Magnolia Health can make updates to your phone number on file. We cannot change your name, address, date of birth, Medicaid plan or gender. To update your information; please contact the Mississippi Division of Medicaid (DOM) to report changes and DOM will update your personal information. You may contact DOM at 601-359-6050 or www.medicaid.ms.gov/update-contact-info/

How can I contact the Nurse Advice Line?

Our Nurse Advice Line is ready to answer your health questions 24 hours a day – every day of the year. It is staffed with Registered Nurses. These nurses have spent a lot of time caring for people. Now they are ready and eager to help you. Call 1-866-912-6285 (Relay 711) and say "Nurse."

How do I change my Primary Care Provider?

Use the Providers tab to search for Primary Care Providers in your network. View full Provider details on the Provider Profile page. Providers that are available to act as your PCP will offer a “Select as PCP” button. To select a PCP, tap the “Select as PCP” and follow the in-app instructions. You may also call Member Services at 1-866-912-6285 to get assistance in locating a new Primary Care Provider.

I changed my Primary Care Provider. When will the change take effect?

All Primary Care Provider changes made between the 1st and 15th of the month will be effective on the 16th of the current month. All Primary Care Provider changes made on or after the 16th of the month will be effective on the 1st of the next month. A Magnolia Health ID Card is automatically created when you change your Primary Care Provider. You will receive a new Magnolia Health ID Card with the new Provider’s name and telephone number within 7 to 10 business days. If you have any questions, please contact our Member Services Department at 1-866-912-6285.

Where can I find a list of Magnolia Health Providers?

Search for a Provider using the Providers page in the mobile app or using the Find a Provider tools in the Member Web Portal. The Magnolia Health Provider Directory is also available online at findaprovider.magnoliahealthplan.com.

How can I get assistance scheduling an appointment with a Provider?

Magnolia Health wants to ensure you get the services that you need and when you need them. You can call Member Services at 1-866-912-6285 to help you make an appointment.

How do I check the status of my Claims?

You can view your Claims in the Plan section of the Home page.

Who do I contact for help finding a Mental Health Provider?

For help finding a Mental Health Provider, contact Magnolia Health at 1-866-912-6285.

How do I participate in the My Health Pays Rewards program?
Once you complete a qualifying healthy activity, we are notified, and your My Health Pays Rewards card will be mailed to you. Remember to keep your card, as future reward dollars will be added to it for each qualifying healthy activity you complete.

If you have questions, please contact Member Services at 1-866-912-6285. To check your balance, login to your Secure Portal account or contact Member Services at 1-866-912-6285. Use Your My Health Pays Rewards to help pay for: utilities, transportation, telecommunications, childcare services, education, rent or to shop at Walmart for everyday items.

How do I check whether I'm eligible for Magnolia Health coverage?

To check your eligibility status for Magnolia Health and/or request a Member ID, login to your Secure Portal account or contact Member Service 1-866-912-6285. Please note: Magnolia Health does not determine eligibility. Eligibility is determined by the Mississippi Division of Medicaid Regional Office that serves your area.

Who do I contact for help with Magnolia Health benefits and coverage?

Who do I contact for help with Dental benefits?

For help with Dental benefits, contact your dental provider to obtain your dental benefits. If you are not sure who your dental provider is, contact Centene Dental's Member Services at 1-866-912-6285.

Who do I contact for help with Vision benefits?

If you need help getting these extra services or would like more information about the covered vision benefits, contact Centene Vision Services at 1-866-912-6285.

How can I check whether Magnolia Health covers a specific medication?

For all pharmacy-related questions, please contact the Gainwell Pharmacy Help Desk at 1-833-660-2402.

How can I submit a Health Risk Screening? 
Call us at 1-866-912-6285 (Relay 711) or you can login to your Magnolia Health account and fill out the Health Information Screening.

How do I get assistance with Medical Transportation?
Magnolia can help you set up and a ride to your doctor’s office. Please call 1-866-331-6004.

Does Member Services provide support in multiple languages?

Magnolia Health provides Interpreter Services free of charge, including sign language. We can also help you communicate with your Providers when you have a medical appointment. Please contact Member Services at 1-866-912-6285 (Relay 711) for help.
