Behavioral Health Trainings
Magnolia Health offers trainings for both behavioral health and physical health providers in our network at no cost. Our team provides mostly clinical, provider-focused education on topics that are geared towards improving member outcomes. The majority of our clinical trainings also offer behavioral health continuing education units also at no cost to the attendee. Trainings are completed via live/virtual instructor led webinars.

Magnolia Health Plan encourages our providers to engage in Cultural Compentency training and education to promote positive interaction with diverse cultures.
Improving and practicing cultural awareness, humility and mindfulness can help you better understand and respond to the needs of patients while maintaining a professional level of respect, objectivity, and identity.
If you do not have an appropriate training available to you, please complete Magnolia Health Plan's Cultural Competency Training at the link below.

Centene Institute CEU Trainings
Magnolia Health is a subsidiary of Centene Corporation (Centene) and offers trainings. The Centene Institute provides empowering interprofessional continuing education to external providers and clinical employees at no cost through leading-edge and research-informed educational activities, equipping them to deliver current therapies and better health outcomes.
The mission of the Centene Institute is to educate teams of healthcare professionals through empowering, research-informed content that aims to improve the skills, strategy, and performance of the healthcare team, patient quality of care, and health outcomes of the community.
As a new upagser to the Centene Institute website, you will first go to the Sign-In e. Please select the “Sign Up” button, complete all required fields, and submit. After creating an account, you will receive an email with a validation code.
After entering this validation code, your profile will be ready to use. The value of setting up a profile with the Centene Institute is to have all of your information in one location. You can easily access your transcript and certificates to confirm the continuing education credits obtained to date. In short, you can:
- Visit the Sign In page and select “Sign Up”.
- Complete all required fields and submit Enter validation code sent to e-mail on file.
If you are interested in attending an activity (a course), you can search for activities under Activity Catalog. To select an activity, click on Enroll Activity.
- Search for activities under Activity Catalog.
- Click on "Activity Detail". Then click on "Enroll Now".
